Salary Raises. For each year of the contract each professional educator shall receive percent increases in his/her base pay over the previous year as outlined below: 2020 – 2021 SY: 3.95% 2021 – 2022 SY: 3.50% 2022 – 2023 SY: 3.40% 2023 – 2024 SY: 3.30% 2024 – 2025 SY: 3.30% Example: In 2019-20 a teacher was BS+0 with 5 years of experience earning $32,700. Salary Raises. For each year of the contract each employee shall receive a four-percent (4%) increase in his/her base pay over the previous year.
Salary Raises. Buyer agrees that, after the Closing, it shall implement the salary raises set forth on Schedule 9.8 hereof retroactive to January 1, 1997, it being understood that CAP shall reimburse Buyer for the amount of such raises relating to the period of time from January 1, 1997 through the Closing Date plus the amount of social security, unemployment or other Taxes paid by Buyer in connection with such payment on behalf of CAP.
Salary Raises. Increments shall be paid in the same month that salary raises are implemented. The salary schedule shall be increased pursuant to the State appropriation act allocation model each year of the agreement.

Related to Salary Raises

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Salary; Bonus Executive will receive a salary during the Term of One Hundred and Seventy Thousand ($170,000) per year (“Base Compensation”), pro-rated for partial years, payable at regular intervals in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices in effect from time to time. Executive’s Base Compensation will be reviewed annually by the Company’s Board of Directors and Executive will be eligible for consideration for merit-based increases to Base Compensation as determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion. In addition to eligibility for consideration of merit-based increases in the discretion of the Board of Directors, Executive’s Base Compensation will be increased effective January 1 of each year during the Term (commencing with January 1, 2017) by three percent (3%) to reflect anticipated increases in cost of living.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.

  • 1Base Salary During the Period of Employment, the Company shall pay the Executive a base salary (the “Base Salary”), which shall be paid biweekly or in such other installments as shall be consistent with the Company’s regular payroll practices in effect from time to time.   • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.

  • Base Salary and Incentive Compensation Executive’s initial annual base salary shall be three hundred nine thousand dollars ($309,000). Executive’s base salary shall be redetermined annually by the Board or a Committee thereof. The base salary in effect at any given time is referred to herein as “Base Salary.” The Base Salary shall be payable in substantially equal installments on a bi-weekly or more frequent basis. In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or a Committee thereof from time to time, and shall also be eligible to participate in such incentive compensation plans as the Board or a Committee thereof shall determine from time to time for employees of the same status within the hierarchy of the Company.

  • Salary and Bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Base Pay You shall be paid an annual salary (“Base Pay”) of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($360,000) which shall be payable in equal periodic installments according to the Corporation’s customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly, and subject to such withholdings and deductions as required by law. Your Base Pay shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors, and any change in Base Pay approved by the Board shall become effective January 1 of the year for which it is approved.
