Salary Progression. A. Effective November 1, 2015, an employee shall be placed on Step 6 of the applicable salary range upon promotion to Captain I, Captain II, or Captain III. Effective November 1, 2015, incumbents in the ranks and pay grades of Captain I, Captain II, or Captain III shall be placed on Step 6 of the applicable salary range.
