WAGES AND ALLOWANCES The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.
PAY AND ALLOWANCES Regular Rate of Pay: The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class as provided for in Appendices A and B, which is attached hereto and, by reference, incorporated as a part of this Agreement. The regular rate of pay shall not include any shift differential and/or longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 19.01 Pay Days
Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.
SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES 20.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages by direct deposit bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.
Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:
Mileage Allowance 1. The mileage allowance is forty-four cents ($.44) per mile, or the federal rate whichever is less.
First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
Car Allowance The Executive will be paid a $1,000 per month car allowance during the term of this Agreement.
Leading Hand Allowance A person specifically appointed, in writing, by the Company to be a leading hand will be paid for all- purposes, which will increase in line with wage escalations. Leading Hand Per Week In charge of not less than three (3) and not more than six (6) persons $30.00 In charge of more than six (6) and not more than ten (10) persons $38.00
