Salary Over Maximum on Reallocation. If a position is reallocated or recompared to a class with a lower salary range maximum, and the salary of the employee exceeds the maximum of the new range, the employee shall be placed in the new class and shall retain his/her current salary. In addition, the employee shall receive any across-the-board wage increase as provided by this Agreement.
