Salary Notices. Salary notices shall be given to teachers under continuing contract no later than June 30 by the treasurer.

Salary Notices. Section 1. Salary notices will indicate job classification, effective date, hourly rate of pay and the number of sick days the employee has accumulated. If sick days appear on the payroll pay receipt, it will not be necessary for them to appear on the salary notice.

Annually, not later than the first (1st) day of September, the Treasurer shall provide notice to each teacher who holds a contract valid for the succeeding school year as to the salary to be paid for such year. The salary indicated on the notice shall include the amount(s) for any and all supplemental contracts that exist for such teacher for the succeeding school year.
Salary Notices. Individual Administrators and Supervisors will return a signed Salary Notice to the DISTRICT which they shall receive within sixty (60) days after an Agreement has been reached, or once it has been provided for a given school year.

An employee's scheduled compensation shall be communicated to the employee by means of a Salary Notice on or prior to June 15, except where negotiations relating to compensation for the following School Year are not yet completed, in which case the said Notice shall contain information as to assignment only. When a change in assignment is made, the employee and the Association President shall be notified of new title and salary within five (5) working days of the time when the change is made.
