Salary Continuance. The Employer will continue the salary and benefits coverage of an Employee who is granted leave without pay in accordance with Article 13.01 and will xxxx the relevant Union for the Employee’s salary. If the leave extends beyond three calendar months, the Employer will, from that point, xxxx the relevant Union 1.2 times the Employee’s salary until the leave is concluded.
Salary Continuance. Executive shall receive, as severance, an amount equal to Executive’s Base Salary and Pro-Rata Bonus for that number of months in the Change in Control Severance Period, payable over such number of months immediately following the Termination Date in accordance with FivePrime’s payroll schedule then in effect. Except as set forth in Article 4, the payments provided for in this Section 2.2 shall commence with the first regularly scheduled payroll pay date following the Termination Date.
Salary Continuance. (a) An Employee who is absent from work due to illness or injury is entitled to receive Salary Continuance benefits in accordance with Article 30.02(b), provided:
Salary Continuance. For purposes of determining the number of RSUs that are vested under this Agreement or the Award Summary, the Committee or its authorized delegate may, at its discretion, determine that termination of employment means the date on which salary continuance ends, and that “actual months of service” for such purposes include any period of salary continuance.
Salary Continuance. District shall maintain for unit members a salary continuance insurance program equal to coverage instituted on October 1, 1996 and provided by the carrier for fiscal year 1996-97 (Hartford Group Plan Policy #GLT-34867).

If the leave extends beyond three calendar months, the Employer will, from that point, xxxx the relevant Union 1.2 times the Nurse’s salary until the leave is concluded.
Salary Continuance. If Officer experiences an ------------------ Involuntary Termination during the Original Term, Officer will be entitled to receive an amount equal to his or her regular monthly salary (subject to any applicable tax withholding) as of the time of termination for twelve (12) months following such termination (the "Original Term Severance Period"). If Officer ------------------------------ experiences an Involuntary Termination during any period of the Agreement following the Original Term, Officer will be entitled to receive an amount equal to his or her regular monthly salary as of the time of termination for six (6) months following such termination (the "Subsequent Term Severance Period" and -------------------------------- together with the Original Term Severance Period, the "Applicable Severance -------------------- Period"). Such payments will be made during the Applicable Severance Period on ------ normal Company payroll paydays.
Salary Continuance. For purposes of determining the number of PSUs that are vested under this Agreement, the number of full months during which the Employee has been continually employed since the Grant Date shall not include any period of Salary Continuance, unless otherwise determined by the Committee or its authorized delegate at its discretion pursuant to Section 23(a)(ii) of the Plan.
Salary Continuance. The Employer will continue the salary of an employee who is granted leave without pay in accordance with Article 5.01 and will xxxx the Union for the employee's salary.
Salary Continuance. Executive shall receive, as severance, an amount equal to Executive’s Base Salary for six (6) months, payable in equal installments over the six (6) month period following the Termination Date in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule then in effect, provided that (i) the payments shall commence on the first regularly scheduled payroll pay date following the effective date of the Release, (ii) the first payment shall be a “catch up” payment to include the total amount that Executive would have received as of such date if these payments had commenced with the first payroll pay date following the Termination Date, and (iii) such payment schedule is subject to any delay in payment required by Section 5.5.
