Salary Continuance. The Employer will continue the salary and benefits coverage of an Employee who is granted leave without pay in accordance with Article 13.01 and will xxxx the relevant Union for the Employee’s salary. If the leave extends beyond three calendar months, the Employer will, from that point, xxxx the relevant Union 1.2 times the Employee’s salary until the leave is concluded.

Salary Continuance. Executive shall receive, as severance, an amount equal to Executive’s Base Salary and Pro-Rata Bonus for that number of months in the Change in Control Severance Period, payable over such number of months immediately following the Termination Date in accordance with FivePrime’s payroll schedule then in effect. Salary Continuance. For purposes of determining the number of PSUs that are vested under this Agreement, the number of full months during which the Employee has been continually employed since the Grant Date shall not include any period of Salary Continuance, unless otherwise determined by the Committee or its authorized delegate at its discretion pursuant to Section 23(a)(ii) of the Plan.
Salary Continuance. Executive shall receive, as severance, an amount equal to Executive’s Base Salary for six (6) months, payable in equal installments over the six (6) month period following the Termination Date in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule then in effect, provided that (i) the payments shall commence on the first regularly scheduled payroll pay date following the effective date of the Release, (ii) the first payment shall be a “catch up” payment to include the total amount that Executive would have received as of such date if these payments had commenced with the first payroll pay date following the Termination Date, and (iii) such payment schedule is subject to any delay in payment required by Section 5.5.
