Common use of Salary Classification Clause in Contracts

Salary Classification. 7.1 It is agreed that the level to be paid each Resident shall be the responsibility of the Associate Xxxx, Postgraduate Medical Education, College of Medicine, acting on the recommendation of the appropriate Program Director. The classification for remuneration of Residents shall conform with the level of their approved training as recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
