Common use of Salary Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Salary Adjustments. At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

Salary Adjustments. At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretiondiscretion and consistent with applicable law, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract above, except by mutual written agreement of the two parties. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract Contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant in the form of a written addendum to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute this Contract or a new contract incorporating the adjusted salarycontract.

In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute this Contract or a new contract incorporating the adjusted salarycontract.

In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute this Contract or a new contract incorporating the adjusted salarycontract.

Salary Adjustments. At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent. However, but no such adjustment shall result in no event shall the Superintendent be being paid less than the salary set forth in this Contract without the mutual consent of both parties, except that mutual consent shall not be required in the event that the Superintendent’s salary is reduced pursuant to Section 3.1 3.3 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salaryContract.

Such adjustmentsIn addition, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such eventeffective July 1st ofeach remaining contract year in this Contract, the parties agree Board agrees to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute pay the Superintendent at least a new contract incorporating the adjusted minimum five percent (5%) annual increase in salary on top ofhis current salary.
