Salaries of Teachers. 2.1 The annual rate of salary of all full-time teachers for the period September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013 shall be determined by the application of the following schedules according to the regulations governing the classification of teachers and the provisions of Article 3 hereof. For the purposes of this Agreement, salary shall include the annual rate of basic salary specified in Clauses 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and 2.1.3.

Salaries of Teachers. The annual rate of basic salary of all full-time teachers lor the period September to August shall be determined by the application of the follow- ing schedules according to the regulations governing the classification of teachers and the provisions of Article hereof. For purposes of the salary grids set out below: Any teacher who was assigned to a class and step on the salary grid in effect on August will be assigned to the same class and step in the salary grid in effect September I, the teacher qualifies for an increment. Any teacher who was assigned to Step of any class on August will be assigned to Step of the same class effective September until the teacher qualifies for an increment. Any teacher who commences teaching on or after September with less than one year of experience shall be assigned to Step I in the appropriate class. Any teacher who begins teaching in Saskatchewan or returns to teaching in Saskatchewan on or after September with one or more years of teach- ing experience credited in accordance with Article of this Agreement shall be assigned to the step whose number is equal to the teacher’s teaching expe- rience.   • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Categories of Employment 2.3.1 Full-time A full-time employee is an employee who is employed for 37.5 or 40 hours per week.

  • SUB-ADVISER'S COMPENSATION The Fund shall pay to the Sub-Adviser, as compensation for the Sub-Adviser's services hereunder, a fee, determined as described in Schedule A that is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by the Fund. The Sub-Adviser will be compensated based on the portion of Fund assets allocated to the Sub-Adviser by the Adviser. The method for determining net assets of the Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund's prospectus. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

  • Tenured Teachers Tenured teachers will receive formal evaluation conferences at least by the end of their fifth year in Harford County and at the minimum rate of once every five (5) years thereafter. All observations of a classroom performance shall be conducted openly.

  • Itinerant Teachers a) An itinerant Teacher is a Teacher who is assigned duties by the Employer in more than one school in a day.

  • Fiduciaries of Employee Benefit Plan This Article does not apply to any Proceeding against any trustee, investment manager or other fiduciary of an employee benefit plan in that Person’s capacity as such, even though that Person may also be an Agent of the Trust as defined in Section 1 of this Article. Nothing contained in this Article shall limit any right to indemnification to which such a trustee, investment manager, or other fiduciary may be entitled by contract or otherwise which shall be enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law other than this Article.
