Safety Watch. For reasons of safety and emergencies, only trained and qualified engineering personnel will be allowed to enter substations or other areas of energized circuits. When work requires measuring activities on or near energized circuits, a minimum of two (2) qualified employees will be required with one (1) person acting as a safety watch.
