Common use of Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Safety Plan. Developer’s Safety Plan specifically adapted for the Project shall comply with the following requirements: 10.1.6.5.1 All applicable requirements of California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (“Cal/OSHA”) and/or of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). 10.1.6.5.2 All provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions. 10.1.6.5.3 Developer’s Safety Plan shall be in English and in the language(s) of Developer’s and its Subcontractors’ employees.
