SAFETY GUIDELINES. The subcontractor shall adhere to COVID-19 organizational safety guidelines, to be provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ + ▇▇▇▇▇ N.V. before arrival at the RDC, and all other applicable local requirements and restrictions at all times while on site at the RDC. Any costs associated with complying with this requirement shall be the subcontractor’s sole responsibility.
