Common use of Safety Glasses Clause in Contracts

Safety Glasses. a) With respect to regular safety glasses, the Company agrees to pay for the first pair, after which the employee is responsible. However, the Company will replace lenses that are damaged or scratched through occupational use at no charge. Management will approve lens replacement.
