Common use of Safety Eyewear Clause in Contracts

Safety Eyewear. The Company will provide safety eyewear for Team Members as required. For those Team Members requiring prescription eyewear, 100% of the cost of lenses will be paid and frames will be covered to a maximum of $75. The Company may direct Team Members to purchase such eyewear from suppliers designated by it. Prescription eyewear will be replaced when the Team Member demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Occupational Health Nurse that such eyewear is damaged to the extent that it can no longer be properly used or that his/her vision has changed such that a new lens prescription is required.
