Common use of Safety Boots Clause in Contracts

Safety Boots. Employees shall be entitled to a Safety Boot allowance of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year or when the boots are damaged and unsafe or unwearable. An Employee who self terminates prior to completing ninety (90) calendar days of employment, may be required to reimburse the Employer for the cost of the safety glasses and safety boots.
