Safety and Training. 26.1 The Employer and employees shall carry out their obligations as set forth in applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations to provide a safe and healthy work environment for its employees. The Employer shall be responsible for enforcement of such rules and regulations and of its own safety rules and regulations.
