Common use of Safety and Security Clause in Contracts

Safety and Security. Resident agrees to take primary responsibility for their own safety and security, and to support the safety and security of other persons living in or visiting University Housing. The University and UHRL will work with Residents to promote a safe and secure environment, although absolute safety cannot be guaranteed. Resident agrees to read and abide by PSU safety/security policies and publications that are made available from time to time.
