Safes and Heavy Equipment. No furniture, freight or equipment of any kind shall be brought into the Building without the consent of Landlord and all moving of the same into or out of the Building shall be done at such time and in such manner as Landlord shall designate. Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the times and manner of moving all heavy equipment in and out of the Building. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property from any cause and all damage done to the Building by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be repaired at the expense of Tenant. There shall not be used in any Premises or in the public halls of the Building, either by any tenant or others, any hand trucks except those equipped with rubber tires and side guards. Elevators must be padded while moving freight via the elevators. All such heavy equipment shall be subject to the requirements of Rule 25 below.

Safes and Heavy Equipment. Landlord shall have power to prescribe the weight and position of safes and other heavy equipment, which shall be placed and stand on such plant strips or skids as Landlord may prescribe, to distribute the weight properly. All damage done to the Building by taking in or moving out a sale or any other article of Tenant’s equipment, or due to its being on the Premises, shall be repaired at the expense of Tenant. The moving of safes shall occur only during such hours as Landlord may from time to time establish and upon previous notice to Landlord, and the persons employed to move the safes in and out of the Building must be acceptable to Landlord. Safes will be moved through the halls and corridors only upon steel bearing plates. No freight or bulky matter of any description will be received into the Building or carried in the elevators, except during hours approved by Landlord.

There shall not be used in any Premises, or in the public halls of the Building, either by any tenant or others, any hand trucks except those equipped with rubber tires and side guards. Elevators must be padded while moving freight via the elevators. All such heavy equipment shall be subject to the requirements of Rule 26 below.
Safes and Heavy Equipment. Tenant shall endeavor not to overload the floor of the Premises. Landlord shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to any safe or property from any cause, and all damage done to the Building or Premises by moving or maintaining any safe or other property shall be repaired at the expense of Tenant.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Sublessee shall have the right to use during the Term the office furnishings and equipment within the Subleased Premises that are identified on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date (the “Furniture”), provided Sublessee may only use the Furniture located in the Second Floor Premises after the Second Floor Commencement Date. The Furniture is provided in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever. Sublessee shall insure the Furniture under the property insurance policy required under the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, and pay all taxes with respect to the Furniture. Sublessee shall maintain the Furniture in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the same occurring during the Term. Sublessee shall surrender the Furniture to Sublessor upon the termination of this Sublease in the same condition as exists as of the applicable Delivery Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not remove any of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessee may provide Sublessor with written notice one (1) time not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date that lists any items of Furniture that Sublessee does not want to use and Sublessor shall, at no cost to Sublessee, remove such items from the Subleased Premises prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date and such items shall no longer be considered Furniture hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Sublessee is not in default beyond the expiration of any applicable cure or grace period as of the date of the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, which condition may be waived by Sublessor in its sole discretion, then upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Furniture shall become the property of Sublessee, and Sublessee shall accept the same in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever except as provided in the Bill of Sale referred to in the following sentence. In the event the Furniture is to become the property of Sublessee upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease pursuant to the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, then Sublessor agrees to execute and deliver to Sublessee a Bill of Sale in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto conveying and transferring to Sublessee the Furniture.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Damage to Equipment The Parties shall exercise all necessary precautions to avoid causing damage to the other Party’s poles and Equipment and other pole attachers’ Equipment and shall assume responsibility to each other for any and all loss from any damage to the other Party’s poles or Equipment and reimburse the other Party for the entire expense incurred in making such repairs. Each Party shall assume responsibility to third parties for any and all loss from any damage caused to third party’s Equipment by such Party and shall reimburse such third party for the entire expense incurred in making repairs.

  • Personal Protective Equipment 64.1 While not being part of any issue of work clothing/equipment supplied (see clause 26), the Employer shall be required to provide personal protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary for the Employee to perform their required duties including:
