Safeguarding of PHI. BA shall develop, implement, maintain, and use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all PHI, in any form or media, created, received, maintained or transmitted on behalf of the CE. BA shall document and keep these security measures current. BA shall cooperate in good faith in response to any reasonable requests from CE to discuss, review, inspect, and/or audit BA’s safeguards.

Safeguarding of PHI. Business Associate shall develop, implement, maintain, and use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent the improper use or disclosure of all PHI, in any form or media, received from or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity. Business Associate shall document and keep these security measures current.
Safeguarding of PHI. (i) Business Associate shall use appropriate safeguards and comply with Subpart C of 45 CFR Part 164, Security Standards for the protection of Electronic Protected Health Information, with respect to ePHI, to prevent access, use, or disclosure of ePHI other than as provided for by this Agreement.

Contractor shall cooperate and respond in good faith to any reasonable request from City to discuss and review Contractor’s safeguards.
Safeguarding of PHI. The Associate shall use appropriate safeguards in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH standards to prevent the use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for in this Agreement. Associate agrees to implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of any electronic PHI that Associate creates, receives, maintains or transmits on behalf of Covered Entity, as provided for in the Security Rule.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY/SAFEGUARDING OF INFORMATION The CONTRACTOR shall not use or disclose any information concerning the AGENCY, or information that may be classified as confidential, for any purpose not directly connected with the administration of this contract, except with prior written consent of the AGENCY, or as may be required by law.

The Servicer shall promptly provide the Seller information regarding the implementation of such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Seller.

  • Safeguarding requirements and procedures (1) The Contractor shall apply the following basic safeguarding requirements and procedures to protect covered contractor information systems. Requirements and procedures for basic safeguarding of covered contractor information systems shall include, at a minimum, the following security controls:

  • Safeguarding Customer Information The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 8616 and the rules promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time (the “Guidelines”). The Servicer shall promptly provide the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer information reasonably available to it regarding such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer which information shall include, but not be limited to, any Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 report covering the Servicer’s operations, and any other audit reports, summaries of test results or equivalent measures taken by the Servicer with respect to its security measures to the extent reasonably necessary in order for the Seller to satisfy its obligations under the Guidelines.

  • Dissemination of Policy All members of the contractor's staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge employees, or who recommend such action, or who are substantially involved in such action, will be made fully cognizant of, and will implement, the contractor's EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide EEO in each grade and classification of employment. To ensure that the above agreement will be met, the following actions will be taken as a minimum:

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.

  • Safeguarding Information Not to use or disclose any information concerning a recipient of services under this contract for any purpose not in conformity with state and federal law except upon written consent of the recipient, or the responsible parent or guardian when authorized by law.

  • Processing of Personal Data (a) SORACOM collects and processes personal data about the Subscriber, including name, e-mail, IP-address as well as data on data uses and billing data in order to provide SORACOM’s service and other purposes such as billing.
