SaaS Implementation and Training Services. The breakdown of costs associated with the SaaS Implementation and Training Services appear in Appendix C (“Calculation of Charges”), attached hereto and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein. Compensation for services rendered pursuant to Appendix A shall be made in monthly payments on or before the 30th day of each month for work that City, in its reasonable discretion, concludes has been performed as of the 1st day of the immediately preceding month. In no event shall the amount for SaaS Implementation and Training Services under this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”].

Related to SaaS Implementation and Training Services

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

It is the sole responsibility of Cellutell Communications, Inc. to obtain the technical Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
