Runway 9/27 Sample Clauses

Runway 9/27. Operator shall not perform or authorize any Capital Improvement, maintenance, repair, construction, demolition, upkeep, snow removal or work of any kind on Runway 9/27 without first obtaining the approval of the Town's Board of Trustees authorizing such work or action. The only exceptions to this requirement shall be that Operator may eradicate weeds and mow grass on Runway 9/27 and may remove snow and FOD from the portions of Runway 9/27 used as tax-way without first obtaining such approval and authorization.
