Rules and Regulations of Landlord. The rules and regulations regarding the demised premises, affixed to this lease, if any, as well as any other and further, reasonable rules and regulations which shall be made by the Landlord, shall be observed by the Tenant and by the Tenant's employees, agents and customers. The Landlord reserves the right to rescind any presently existing rules applicable to the demised premises, and to make such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as, in its judgment, may from lime to lime be desirable/or the safety, care and cleanliness of the premises, and for the preservation of good order therein, which rules, when so made and notice thereof given to the Tenant, shall have the same force and effect as if originally made a part of this Lease. Such other and further rules shall not, however, be inconsistent with the proper and rightful enjoyment by the Tenant of the demised premises

Rules and Regulations of Landlord. Tenant shall and shall cause its subtenants to faithfully observe and comply with any rules which Landlord may from time to time make and provide to Tenant in writing, provided that such rules apply to all similarly situated tenants, licensees, or concessionaires and are reasonably related to the safety, care, appearance, reputation, operation or maintenance of the Airport and the Premises or the comfort of tenants or others using the Airport or the Premises. Landlord shall not have any duty or obligation to Tenant to enforce such rules or the terms and conditions in any other lease as against any other tenant, and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violations of the same by other tenants, their employees, contractors, agents, invitees or licensees.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same:

  • Exemption of Landlord from Liability Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
