Rule G‑34 Sample Clauses

Rule G‑34. After the execution and delivery of any Rule G‑34 Document in connection with any amendment, extension, renewal, replacement or termination thereof, the Trustee shall within one (1) Business Day of receiving a written request from the Remarketing Agent provide to the Remarketing Agent, by electronic delivery, a word‑searchable PDF file containing an executed copy of the relevant Rule G‑34 Document. If any Non‑Public Information has been redacted, the Trustee shall also provide to the Remarketing Agent a complete copy of the Rule G‑34 Document including such Non‑Public Information.
