The Depositor shall, during any period in which a purchaser of the Certificates holds such Certificate and in which the Depositor is not subject to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, make available, upon request, to any holder of such Certificates in connection with any sale thereof and any prospective purchaser of Certificates from such holder, the information specified in Rule 144A(d)(4) under the Act.
