Common use of Royalty Report Clause in Contracts

Royalty Report. Each Royal Report required under the Agreement shall identify the gross receipts of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, as well as, for the Company, the number of products manufactured in accordance with this Agreement; the identity of each customer who is furnished such product(s), the number of units of licensed product furnished to each such customer (such units identified by type and model number), the price charged to each such customer for each such unit to licensed product, and the date such units of Licensed Product were furnished to each such customer. Signature below by both Parties indicates that this Schedule is agreed to and accepted by them as part of the patent License Agreement.
