Common use of Royalty Reductions Clause in Contracts

Royalty Reductions. (i) Subject to Section 9.6(c)(iii) below, on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product and country-by-country basis, royalties on Net Sales of a Licensed Product in a country shall be reduced by:
