Routing Points. CD will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. CD may designate one location within each Rate Center as a Routing Point for the NPA/NXX associated with that Rate Center; alternatively, CD may designate a single location within one Rate Center to serve as the Routing Point for all the NPA/NXXs associated with that Rate Center and with one or more other Rate Centers served by CD within an existing Spectra Local Calling Area and LATA.
