Rotational Assignments. The Superior Court shall ensure that all appointing Special Masters and all appointing Magistrates in the Justice Courts shall make appointments strictly pursuant to the rotational schedule provided by the Contract Administrator. Clients shall not be able to request assignment of a specific attorney outside the rotational schedule. Appointing Magistrates shall ensure that assignments are made on a fair and even basis and keep a record of appointments made by Attorney and shall provide a copy to the Court on a form prescribed by the Superior Court on a monthly basis. Rotational Assignments. Fire Suppression employees on a rotational 40-hour work schedule are not eligible to use personal leave. Employees transitioning from a 40-hour work week to shift work will be credited with a prorated amount of personal leave based on the time period between assignment to the line and following the pay period end that includes March 1st.
Rotational Assignments. Fire Suppression employees on a rotational 40-hour work schedule are not eligible to use PTO. Any remaining accrued PTO at the beginning of a rotational assignment will be frozen and rolled to the “City” sick leave bank at the end of the pay period that includes March 1st. Employees transitioning from a 40-hour work week to shift work who have not already been previously credited with PTO for the year will be credited with a prorated amount of PTO based on the time period between assignment to the line and the next PTO accrual in March.

  • Additional Assignments The Contractor further agrees to, and if applicable, cause each of its employees to, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all applications, specifications, oaths, assignments, and all other instruments which the City might reasonably deem necessary in order to apply for and obtain copyright protection, mask work registration, trademark registration and/or protection, letters patent, or any similar rights in any and all countries and in order to assign and convey to the City, its successors, assigns and nominees, the sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables. The Contractor’s obligations to execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) instruments or papers such as those described in this Paragraph 38 a., b., and c. shall continue after the termination of this Contract with respect to such deliverables.   • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • General Assignment A general assignment by Tenant for the benefit of creditors;

  • Special Assignments Special assignments shall not be considered breaks in service or affect the privileges and the status of that person with the University. Any special conditions of such special assignments shall be clearly set forth in writing. They shall become binding only after having been signed by the unit member concerned and by the appropriate chancellor, or designee.

  • Overtime Assignment A. In institutional settings when the Agency determines that overtime is necessary, overtime shall be offered on a rotating basis, to the qualified employees who usually work the shift where the opportunity occurs. If no qualified employees on the shift desire to work the overtime, it will be offered on a rotating basis first to the qualified employee with the most state seniority at the work site. When there are no volunteers to work the overtime as outlined above, and/or where an emergency exists, reasonable overtime hours may be required by the Agency. Such overtime shall be assigned, on a rotating basis, first to the qualified employee with the least state seniority at the work site. This policy shall not apply to overtime work which is specific to a particular employee’s claim load or specialized work assignment or when the incumbent is required to finish a work assignment.

  • Housing Assignments The University assigns Licensee to a bed space and does not guarantee specific room types, room spaces, apartments, or roommates. The University shall have the right to reassign the Licensee to a different bed space without the Licensee's consent prior to or during the term of the agreement.

  • Collateral Assignment The Owner may assign this contract as collateral security. The Company is not responsible for the validity or effect of a collateral assignment. The Company will not be responsible to an assignee for any payment or other action taken by the Company before receipt of the assignment in writing at its Home Office. The interest of any beneficiary will be subject to any collateral assignment made either before or after the beneficiary is named. A collateral assignee is not an Owner. A collateral assignment is not a transfer of ownership. Ownership can be transferred only by complying with Section 8.2.
