Rotating LEA Appointments. The WIDA Consortium Board will consist of two LEA representatives. Each WIDA Consortium Member other than WDPI and ISBE is entitled, based on its respective WIDA Consortium membership seniority, see sec. 6 below, to appoint one LEA representative for a term of two years.
