Common use of Rostered Days Off Clause in Contracts

Rostered Days Off. (a) Working hours will be arranged on a system, which provides for an employee to accrue two rostered days off over a four (4) calendar week work cycle. This will be done by the employee working forty (40) ordinary hours each week, being paid thirty-six (36) hours ordinary pay and accruing four (4) hours ordinary pay towards rostered days off.
