Roster Committee. A Roster Committee consisting of 2 QR Network Pty Ltd management representatives and 2 nominated workplace representatives from each centre, who will review and formulate master rosters to meet the business, employee and occupational health and safety requirements. The Roster Committee is committed to cooperatively review, develop, assess and implement new practices and policies to improve the processes of rostering and shiftwork, and the effects of rostered workings on employees. The primary objectives of these processes are to: ▪ Enhance the collective awareness of best rostering practice and implement these where appropriate ▪ Undertake consultation in respect of fatigue management principles ▪ Develop training and education programs and opportunities for managers, supervisors, roster committee participants and employees ▪ Develop initiatives which can improve: ✓ The social and working environment of employees ✓ Workplace health and safety considerations ✓ The productivity and efficiency of QR Network Pty Ltd ✓ Assess the viability of adopting new technologies in rostering.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Calendar Committee The District agrees to establish a joint calendar committee composed of an equal number of district representatives, association representatives and other stakeholder representatives appointed by their respective groups. The size of this Committee shall be determined by mutual agreement of all Parties. The purpose of this Committee shall be to develop a multi-year instructional master calendar which includes traditional and single-track year-round schedules, non-paid holidays and other non-paid days. This Committee shall present the calendar to the Board of Education one (1) year prior to its implementation.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:
