ROSTER ARRANGEMENTS. 13.1 The normal working arrangement for a Full-Time Permanent Employee, will consist of an Even Time Roster usually requiring Employees to work 28 days on duty and to have 28 days off duty not at work(4 weeks on and 4 weeks off) unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. No roster cycle will be longer than five weeks (35 days) 13.2 All Employees working on Projects or ongoing harbour operations (such as Port Hedland Lines and Launches) will consist of an even time roster being 28 days on duty and 28 days off duty, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. 13.3 Due to operational requirements Employees may from time to time be required to remain on duty beyond the roster arrangement but not longer than 7 days. The Company commits to change these affected Employee/s with a replacement as soon as possible. 13.4 Where there is no replacement after the agreed swing cycle, the Employee will be entitled to a further 20% loading in addition to their relevant Day rate. 13.5 The Employees agree that roster arrangements will vary from project to project and flexibility in roster arrangements is required in order to meet operational and project requirements.
