Common use of Room Clause in Contracts

I agree that my acceptance of this offer entitles me merely to the use of the Room which is allocated to me by the Xxxx of Students in his sole discretion, and that the College will retain possession and control of the Room during my occupancy. I further agree that the College is entitled to establish restrictions on my use of the Room. The restrictions on my use of the Room shall include, but are not limited to:
