ROOM TRANSFERS. Room transfers during the academic year will only occur if deemed necessary and the decision is left solely at the discretion of the Landlord. All transfers will result in a fee as noted on the Transfer Request Form. Approved transfer requests must be coordinated by the Landlord.

ROOM TRANSFERS. Students who want to request a different room/building assignment after moving in are required to submit a Transfer Request Form. Transfer requests will be reviewed by Residence Life and Housing & Conference Services on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, Housing & Conference Services will assess a Transfer Fee as well as a higher rate for the new room (if applicable). ROOMMATES: Residents living in shared rooms/suites must be prepared to welcome a new roommate or suitemate at any point during the occupancy period and are responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness at all times. Residents living in double rooms must ensure that their personal belongings are kept on their side of the room. Should Housing Services have any difficulty filling a vacancy due to space infringement or unacceptable level of cleanliness, the current occupant may be held financially responsible for the vacancy until filled. SHARED SUITES: Residents living in shared rooms/suites must be prepared to welcome a new suitemate at any point during the occupancy period and are responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness at all times.

ROOM TRANSFERS. The district recognizes that when a teacher is required to move from one classroom to another classroom additional time is needed by the teacher to get the new classroom ready for the first day of school. Therefore, the District will pay for the two (2) days, at per diem rate, when a Building Principal requires a teacher to move from one classroom to another classroom.

Unauthorized room changes will be considered to be a policy violation and will be subject to the UNIVERSITY judicial process and the agreement may be terminated per Section 10.

ROOM TRANSFERS. Upon request, the Resident who occupies a private room and who does not pay the private room rate agrees to move to a semi-private room unless a private room is medically necessary. The Resident occupying a Short-term/rehabilitation bed agrees to be transferred to a non- specialized unit or bed after Short-term care terminates.

ROOM TRANSFERS. When you are admitted to the facility, you will be assigned to an available bed and room. Pinnacle Health & Rehab has select beds and/or rooms that are designed for bariatric residents. Even if you do not meet our criteria for such a bed or room, it is possible that you will be placed in one initially. If this is the case, you may be transferred to a regular bed or room as soon as one becomes available.
