Rooftop Space. The lower roof area of Building A-1 will be developed as a green roof to help meet the requirement that all new buildings within the development shall provide 50% of the roof area as green roofs. The lower roof area of Building A-1 will also contain a dog run for residents of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, along with resident amenity areas and private terraces.
