Common use of Rooftop Space Clause in Contracts

Rooftop Space. Tenant hereby acknowledges that to the extent either (i) any portion of the Tenant Improvements, or (ii) any of Tenant’s equipment installed in the Premises, requires a portion of the roof to be utilized by Tenant, that Tenant shall only be permitted to utilize that certain portion of the roof designated as “Zone 1” on Schedule 4 to this Exhibit B (the “Rooftop Space”).
