ROOF STRUCTURE. To be a combination of steel beam and open web steel joist and girder with steel deck. Roof structure shall slope to perimeter roof drains/scuppers at a minimum pitch of 1/4' per 1'-0". Provide built-up crickets around the building perimeter and at rooftop equipment to divert run-off toward roof drains.
