  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.

  • Stewards Training Courses 22.6.1 Where operational requirements permit, the Council may grant leave without pay to a xxxxxxx to undertake training related to the duties of a xxxxxxx.

Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Distance Education Distance education means instruction in which the instructor and student are separated by distance and interact through the assistance of communication technologies. All distance education courses and sections will be designated as such in the District schedule of classes. Distance education courses include hybrid (see glossary) instruction and fully online instruction.

  • Airlines banned from operating in the EU (black list) Please note that certain airlines are prohibited from operating within the EU, according to a decision made by the European Commission in close consultation with the national air transport authorities. Such airlines are prohibited because they are considered unsafe or not subject to adequate control by the authorities of their country.   • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.
