Road Design Standards. As depicted in Exhibits A, and described in Exhibit G, Traffic Impact Analysis, which is attached and incorporated herein by reference, the Right-of-Way to access the Property, 179th Ave SE, is in unincorporated Snohomish County. To the extent the County and City standards conflict, the Parties agree that Snohomish County’s road design standards and regulations, including sight distance requirements and frontage design standards, shall control and are adequate in place of those found in the Vested Code Provisions. The District shall obtain necessary approvals from the County and provide the City notice when County approval is obtained.
