  • Errors and Warranty Contractor hereby warrants to District that the Work shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with the highest industry standards. Contractor shall perform any and all additional work necessary to correct errors in the work required under this Contract without undue delays or additional cost to District. Contractor shall correct or make arrangements to correct any breach of the warranty for the Work within ten (10) business days of notice from District of same.

  • Information Security Requirements In cases where the State is not permitted to manage/modify the automation equipment (server/computer/other) that controls testing or monitoring devices, the Contractor agrees to update and provide patches for the automation equipment and any installed operating systems or applications on a quarterly basis (at minimum). The Contractor will submit a report to the State of updates installed within 30 days of the installation as well as a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to remediate any vulnerabilities ranging from Critical to Low. The contractor will provide an upgrade path or compensatory security controls for any operating systems and applications listed as beyond “end-of-life” or EOL, within 90 days of the EOL and complete the EOL system’s upgrade within 90 days of the approved plan.

  • Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.
