Risk of Use. Customer represents to Xxxx that the Products will be used in accordance with all applicable federal, state, territorial or municipal laws, including those applicable to physicians and other health care professionals, in the state or territory where the Products will be used. The Products shall only be used in accordance with their authorized labelling and in accordance with any additional instructions provided by Xxxx from time to time. Xxxx shall not be responsible for any risks or liabilities, known or unknown, connected in any way with the use of the Products by Customer, its employees or agents, or connected with the sterilization, storage, handling, application, operation, installation, assembly, maintenance, repair or disposition of the Products, and all such risks and liabilities shall be entirely assumed by Customer. It shall be the exclusive responsibility of Customer to ensure the suitability of a Product before each use and to ensure that the Products are only used by qualified personnel in a reasonable and professional manner and in conformance with current knowledge and standards.
Risk of Use. Member acknowledges that he/she is using the facilities at his/her own free will and decision. Member acknowledges that TinkerMill does not have any liability with respect to Member’s access, participation in, use of the facilities, or any loss resulting from such participation or use. TinkerMill and it’s respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against TinkerMill and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, it’s contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about TinkerMill or the Building. Except for gross or willful misconduct by TinkerMill, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold TinkerMill and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and occupancy of TinkerMill. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at TinkerMill.

Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at Hatch Space. Hatch Space is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Risk of Use. I acknowledge the Facilities are not monitored or regularly patrolled, and I agree that my use of the Facilities is entirely at my own risk.

Boulder Street Moto and Nor’Wood Development, Inc., and it’s respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against Boulder Street Moto and Nor’Wood Development, Inc., and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, it’s contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about Boulder Street Moto or the Building. Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Boulder Street Moto and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and occupancy of Boulder Street Moto.
Risk of Use. Clear Creek shall not be responsible for Xxxxxx’s use of the Water and the effects thereof on third parties, including, but not limited to, the effects of diversions, discharges, and changes in the quantity and the quality of the water.
Risk of Use. The premises of the Secure Parking Area are recorded on video surveillance. I acknowledge that the Secure Parking Area is not actively monitored or patrolled. I agree that the use of the Secure Parking Area is at my own risk.

Except for the gross or willful misconduct by the Company, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the Company and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member's use of the facilities and occupancy of the Company. Except for the gross or willful misconduct by the Company, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the Company and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member's use of the facilities and occupancy of the Company. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at Making Matters NH.
