Risk Management Policy. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is subject to the Risk Management Policy approved by the Parties’ Board of Directors. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of the Risk Management Policy, the terms of the Risk Management Policy shall govern and control.
