Common use of Rights Personal Clause in Contracts

Rights Personal. The rights granted to Tenant under this --------------- Paragraph 38 shall be personal to Tenant, and shall not be assigned, sold, ------------ conveyed or otherwise transferred to any other party (including without limitation any assignee or sublessee of Tenant) without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion; provided, however, that the rights granted to Tenant under this Paragraphs 38 may be transferred without Landlord's consent to the transferee of ------------- Tenant's interest in this Lease pursuant to a Permitted Transfer.
