Rights of the AAUP and Administration. The AAUP and Administration shall promptly receive copies of all correspondence and decisions regarding all grievances. The AAUP, Xxxxxxx, or their designated representatives, have the right to attend all hearings. The AAUP may represent a consenting grievant before the Grievance Panel. No grievance settlement may violate any provision of this Agreement.
