Rights of Security Agent. The Security Agent shall have all the rights, privileges and immunities which gratuitous trustees have or may have in England, even though it is entitled to remuneration.
Rights of Security Agent. The rights, protections, indemnities and immunities granted to the Trustee under Article VII of the Base Indenture, as amended by Article III of this Second Supplemental Indenture, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Security Agent to the extent applicable in respect of the 2020 Notes.

For the avoidance of doubt, such rights exercisable by the Security Agent shall include all rights conferred upon a Receiver I under Schedule 1 (Rights and Powers of Receivers) (including under paragraphs (b), (e), (m) and (q) of Schedule 1 (Rights and Powers of Receivers)).
