Rights of Ownership and Use. Within the scope of the Agreement, the Customer acquires a right to use the Supplier’s software as a service and any related rights and services as stipulated in the Agreement. The Customer’s right of use shall, unless otherwise is expressly agreed between the Supplier and the Customer in the Agreement, be limited, non-exclusive and non-transfera- ble.
