Rights Not Granted. Freescale may not use Motorola Trademarks in connection with any product or service except as expressly set forth in this Article 6 (Trademark Transition). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Freescale may not use the Motorola Trademarks on any new stationery, new business cards, new building signage, new building flags, new employee badges or new vehicle markings after the Effective Date or to affix or use Motorola Trademarks on or in connection with products other than Trademark Transition Products.
Rights Not Granted. All rights other than those expressly granted to LICENSEE are reserved to GUESS, including but not limited to, the right to sell the Products or variations thereof at retail anywhere in the world. This Agreement is not an assignment or grant to LICENSEE of any right, title or interest in or to the Trademarks or IP Rights, or any of GUESS's other trademarks, other than the grant of rights to use the Trademarks and IP Rights subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. GUESS expressly does not grant to LICENSEE the right to use any variation of the Trademarks that now exist or hereafter are developed by GUESS, LICENSEE or any other person.
Rights Not Granted. This Agreement is not an assignment or grant to Licensee of any right, title or interest in or to the Trademarks or IP Rights, other than the grant of rights to use the Trademarks and IP Rights in connection with Licensed Products in the market segments in the Territory specifically set forth herein. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor, its Affiliates, manufacturers, and/or licensees may, without violating Licensee’s rights hereunder, distribute, sell, advertise and promote in the Territory: (i) Products in any market segment other than the Collection , Bridge and Better segments under any trademarks other than the Trademarks, and (ii) any products other than Products under the Trademarks or any other trademarks in the Territory. Licensee further acknowledges that Licensor, its Affiliates and licensees may manufacture or authorize the manufacture of Licensed Products in the Territory for sale exclusively outside of the Territory. Licensee shall not have the right to operate, Internet e-commerce sites or any other direct-to-consumer business under the Trademarks, except as expressly permitted herein or as hereafter authorized in writing by Licensor. Licensor expressly retains the right to operate, either directly or through its Affiliates or licensees Internet e-commerce sites and other direct-to-consumer businesses. All rights not specifically granted herein to Licensee are reserved to Licensor, which may at all times fully and freely exercise the same.
Rights Not Granted. This License does not authorize or permit any use of the Library not expressly set forth herein, and does not include the right to alter the fundamental character of the music or lyrics of the Musical Works, to use the title or subtitle of the Musical Works as the title of any Podcast, to use the story of the Musical Works or to make any other use of the Musical Works not expressly authorized hereunder. Licensor expressly reserves all rights not specifically granted herein.
Rights Not Granted. This Agreement is not an assignment or grant to Licensee of any right, title or interest in or to the Licensed Property, other than the grant of rights to use the Licensed Property on or in connection with Licensed Products in the Licensed Territory as set forth herein. Licensee shall not use the Licensed Property other than as specifically permitted hereunder. Licensee agrees that in using the Licensed Property, it will in no way represent that it has any right, title or interest in or to the Licensed Property other than as expressly granted under the terms of this Agreement.
Rights Not Granted. The Parties understand that this Agreement does not provide to Xxxxxxx any right to represent the County or the right to apply to the County of Placer for any entitlements or environmental review. This Agreement also does not grant to Xxxxxxx any real property interest in the County Property or portion(s) thereof. No media events shall be held or press releases conducted on the County Property without the advance written permission of County.
Rights Not Granted. This Agreement grants no license to Tower or to Alien under any other Technology or Intellectual Property Rights, including all trademarks, not explicitly identified and licensed in this Agreement.
Rights Not Granted. All rights other than those expressly granted to the DAL Parties are reserved to XXXX. All rights other than those expressly granted to XXXX are reserved to the DAL Parties. This Agreement is not a grant by XXXX to the DAL Parties of any right to use any variation of the Retained Trademarks, Overlapping Trademarks or the Retained Ancillary IP Rights that now exist or hereafter are developed by XXXX, either DAL Party or any other person. This Agreement is not a grant by either DAL Party to XXXX of any right to use any variation of the Assigned Trademarks or the Assigned Ancillary IP Rights that now exist or hereafter are developed by either DAL Party or any other person.
Rights Not Granted. This Agreement is not an assignment or grant to LICENSEE of any right, title or interest in or to the Trademarks or the IP Rights, or any of LICENSOR’s other trademarks, whether currently in use or developed hereafter, other than the grant of rights to use the Trademarks and the IP Rights subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Rights Not Granted. Issuetrak retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement grants, by implication, waiver, estoppel or otherwise, to you or any third party any intellectual property rights or other right, title or interest in or to the Service, Documentation, or intellectual property provided to you or any User in connection with the foregoing (collectively, “Issuetrak IP”).
