Common use of Rights and Privileges Clause in Contracts

Rights and Privileges. To the extent provided under the Peoria Contract, the City shall be afforded all of the rights and privileges afforded to Peoria and shall be the “City” (as defined in the Peoria Contract) for the purposes of the portions of the Peoria Contract that are incorporated herein by reference.
