Common use of Rights and Duties Clause in Contracts

Rights and Duties. 1. The reimbursement’s Recipient shall be obliged to submit to the Embassy of the Slovak Republic the originals of documents proving the amount of costs that are subject to travel costs reimbursement (flight ticket, boarding passes, invoice and bank statement proving the payment for the flight ticket) in line with this Agreement no later than 10 days after the trip.
