Rights and Appurtenances. All rights and appurtenances pertaining to the Land, including any right, title and interest of Seller in and to adjacent streets, alleys or rights-of-way.

Rights and Appurtenances. All rights and appurtenances, if any, pertaining to the Land and Improvements, including any right, title and interest of Seller in and to adjacent streets, alleys or rights-of-way (the “Rights and Appurtenances”).
